PUPPY LETTER OF AGREEMENT:

1. A deposit is required to hold /reserve any puppy. Puppies must be paid in full within 8 weeks. If the pup is not paid in full at 8 weeks of age, you will forfeit your deposit. If you change your choice of pup, it may be transferred to an available pup at that time. Deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, and any pup kept after 12 weeks will be subject to a boarding fee.

2. We guarantee the pup to be delivered in good health, up to date on vaccines, and free of Distemper, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, and any life-threatening genetic defects.

3. All puppies will have a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian clinic and a 1-year health guarantee.

4. We strive to produce only the best and hold high standards in breeding; however, we make no representation or guarantee as to what a pup may look like as an adult.

5. Puppies will be dewormed at the time of shipping, pick up, or drop off, and should be followed up by your vet for additional deworming as recommended by your veterinarian. Your pup will, at minimum, depending on age, have been given 1st shot and deworming. Follow-up shots and deworming are the buyer's sole responsibility. Any pup that develops illness due to a lack of vaccination or deworming will not be replaced.

6. Purchaser agrees to follow up with the Veterinarian within 2 weeks of receiving the puppy. If it is found that the pup has any of the diseases mentioned above or is found to have a genetic defect, BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS will replace the pup. However, we reserve the right to obtain a second opinion from a Veterinarian of our choosing. If it is concluded that the pup must be replaced, shipping is the sole responsibility and cost to the buyer.

7. Purchaser agrees to provide a safe home for their new pup and will not use the puppy for any illegal activity.

8. Purchasers of Blue colored pups should understand that they are prone to skin conditions and allergies. BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS makes no guarantee or representation regarding skin allergies or coat conditions. A proper, good-quality diet can and will help prevent skin issues.


9. BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS reserves the right to include our kennel’s name on puppy registration paperwork. All pups purchased from us must keep their paperwork and names, signatures or any information and cannot be altered for any reason. 

10. We do not make guarantees against hip or elbow dysplasia, as these are dogs that will, at maturity, weigh over 100 lbs. It’s a polygenic trait affected by environmental factors (ie, feeding and nutrition), as well as the fact that a few other XL breeders are subjecting the studs to OFA testing. Therefore, there is no way for us to breed to any outside studs, which would have an officially complete health-tested line. So there is no way to guarantee any puppy’s or dog’s hips. We recommend that all buyers purchase health insurance for their pet. 

11. If at any point you cannot take care of your puppy. BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS will gladly take possession and find them a new home. However, all deposits and purchases are non-refundable. 

12. On the forefront of our breeding program is temperament. However, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to receive proper professional training services for their pet. By purchasing a puppy/dog, the purchaser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for their pet.
