PURCHASE AGREEMENT & TERMS**

1. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any puppy. Puppies must be paid in full by eight (8) weeks of age. Failure to remit full payment by this time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits may be transferred to another available puppy at the breeder’s discretion, subject to availability.

Puppies remaining with BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS beyond twelve (12) weeks of age may be subject to a boarding fee. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be given once the puppy leaves the Breeder's possession.

2. Veterinary Certification & (1) Health Guarantee

All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and are provided with a health certificate therefore BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS guarantees that the puppy will be delivered in good health, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and free from Distemper, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, and life-threatening congenital genetic defects at the time of transfer. If in the unlikely event of life-threatening congenital genetic defects should present itself within one year we will replace your puppy.

3. Vaccinations & Deworming
Puppies will be dewormed prior to shipping, pickup, or delivery. Depending on age, puppies will have received at minimum their first vaccination and deworming. All subsequent vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary care are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Illness resulting from failure to follow veterinary recommendations is not covered under this agreement.

4. Post-Purchase Veterinary Examination
Purchaser agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of receiving puppy. All veterinary expenses while under the care of the purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  If a covered illness or genetic defect is identified, BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS reserves the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion from a veterinarian of its choosing. In the event a replacement is approved, all shipping and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Care, Housing & Legal Use
Purchaser agrees to provide a safe, humane, and lawful environment for the puppy and shall not use the dog for any illegal activity, abuse, or neglect.

6.  Orthopedic Disclaimer
No guarantees are made regarding hip or elbow dysplasia due to the size, growth rate, and polygenic nature of XL breeds, as well as environmental factors such as nutrition and activity. Purchasers are strongly encouraged to obtain pet health insurance.

7. Registration & Kennel Name
BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS reserves the right to retain its kennel name on all registration paperwork. Registration information, kennel name, or pedigree details may not be altered, modified, or removed under any circumstances.

8. No Guarantee or Representation at maturity
While BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS holds high standards in breeding, no guarantee or representation is made regarding adult size, weight, color, coat, structure, show potential, or breeding quality.

9. Ear Crop Disclosure & Liability Waiver
If in the case that your puppy’s ears have been cropped or you opted to have your puppy’s ears cropped purchaser acknowledges that it’s a cosmetic surgical procedure. All risks, aftercare, posting, and veterinary responsibility are assumed by the purchaser once the puppy leaves the Breeder's possession. BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS shall not be held liable for infections, improper healing, crop style, posting results, anesthesia risks, or any complications arising from the ear cropping procedure or aftercare.

10. Coat & Skin Disclaimer

Purchasers of blue-colored puppies acknowledge that such coats may be prone to skin sensitivities or allergies. BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS makes no guarantees regarding coat or skin conditions. Proper diet, supplements, and veterinary care are recommended.

11. Return to Breeder

If at anytime purchaser is unable to care for the puppy / dog. We will make every effort possible to assist with rehoming the puppy / dog; however, there are no guarantees that we will be successful in doing so, and rehoming is ultimately the responsibility of you the purchaser / owner. If, in the event we are able to take possession of the puppy, which is dependent on many factors. The number one factor being availability of space at our facility. There will be no refunds of any kind, and any and all documents, such as vaccination or veterinary medical history and pedigree, registration paperwork, must be returned signed over to us at the time we take possession of the puppy / dog.

12. Temperament & Training Responsibility
While temperament is a primary focus of our breeding program, proper training and socialization are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. By accepting the puppy, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for the dog once transferred.

13. Limitation of Liability
Once the puppy has been transferred to the purchaser, BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the ownership, behavior, or care of the dog. Purchaser assumes full responsibility for the dog.

14. Breed Acknowledgment
Purchaser acknowledges that the American Bully XL is a large, powerful breed requiring proper training, socialization, and responsible ownership. BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS is not responsible for housing restrictions, insurance limitations, landlord policies, or local breed regulations.

15. Media Usage Consent
Purchaser grants BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS full permission to use photographs and videos of the puppy for marketing, advertising, social media, and website purposes.

16. Force Majeure
BESTINATION BULLY KENNELS shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, transportation issues, veterinary delays, or governmental restrictions.

17. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal statements, social media communications, text messages, emails, or prior discussions shall supersede this written agreement.
